By using the Staffly platform, the organization agrees to these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates communicated in advance.

Staffly provides an in-Kingdom ERP platform under the agreed service level (SLA), available to licensed organizations only.

• Each user is responsible for credential security
• Permissions are set by the organization’s admin
• Transferring access to unauthorized parties is prohibited

• Organization data is owned by the organization at all times
• Staffly is licensed to process data solely for service delivery
• On termination, full data is delivered within 30 days

Use of the platform is prohibited for:

• Any purpose violating applicable laws
• Attempting to breach other tenants’ systems
• Publishing misleading content in the platform

Staffly is not liable for damages resulting from:

• Approval or rejection decisions by the organization’s users
• Incorrect permission configuration by the admin
• External disruptions outside Staffly’s control

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is settled before the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
